Shipping 

Standard shipping is 5-10 business days. We ship using USPS and FedEx with calculated shipping. In order to provide our customers with accurate and fair rates our shipping calculator takes into consideration the weight of the purchase, shipping destination and desired method. If you have another preferred shipping method or any questions regarding shipping please email us at sales@cargoinc.com.

International Shipping 

When requested, we ship internationally to most countries. If you would like a quote for international shipping please email us your shipping address and a list of the items you are looking to sales@cargoinc.com. We appreciate your time and effort and we will get back to you ASAP. Please note we cannot ship furniture internationally. When shipping internationally every package is subject to a customs charge and this is always the responsibility of the customer. 

Order Status

Cargo will process your online order within 24-36 hours given all items are in stock. We strive to keep the website’s inventory updated at all times, but item availability is not guaranteed. If an item is sold out, you will be notified via email or telephone. Orders with sold out items will either be voided and the purchase refunded, or the amount of that item will be credited back to the original card, and the order will be sent partially fulfilled, per the customer’s wishes. Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx. You can check on your order status in your account overview.

Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase from Cargo, however, we will offer in-store credit if you would like to return an item, please email: sales@cargoinc.com and we will send you return instructions.  Please note: All shipping fees are non-refundable unless product is determined to be defective or damaged. We recommend mailing your return with tracking and insuring the package. Cargo is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item damaged in the mail.

We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties. When you purchase from our online store, we request your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, email address, and credit card information. We ask that you provide this information so that we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information. Our email notifications provide you with advanced notice of sales, new merchandise, and other news from Cargo. You have the freedom to add or remove your name from our email list at any time. Cargo only collects information on our customers for the sole purpose of order tracking and keeping of records & orders placed online. This information is limited to customer name, address, email, and telephone number.
